If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email. Our office facilitates communications via telephone and email, during our regular office hours.

After hours phone calls can leave a message on our anwering service for responses to be given on our next business day.

For after hour "Emergencies ONLY", current patients, should kindly email us at [email protected] This will allow the dentists to respond to your request in a timely manner.

Financial

We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want.

For patients who require major work, we can request a pre-estimate to be sent to insurance, however responses can take insurance 3-6 weeks and full payment will be required at the time of service.

Unless other arrangements have been previously made, payment will be rendered at the time of service.

Cancellation

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
